Delete your Tanvrit AI account

What you can request

• Deletion of your cloud-portal account (name, email).
• Erasure of telemetry events tied to your account.
• Cancellation of any active paid subscription at the end of the current billing cycle.

The desktop app, the local index, embeddings, MCP tokens, and any code on your machine are not stored on Tanvrit servers and are deleted by uninstalling the app and removing your local data directory. Billing / financial records are retained for 7 years under the Indian Income Tax Act and GST law.

How to request deletion

Email support@ai.tanvrit.com from the address registered to your account, with the subject "Account deletion request". Use the button below to pre-fill the message.

If your registered email no longer works, write from any address and include enough information for us to verify you.

Timeline

We acknowledge requests within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, in line with DPDPA Section 12.
